Well, I have a new plan for this blog … As I like to visit cafe or restaurant to work, or relax, or to try their food / cakes or with no reasons at all haha, so I plan to make blog posts about these places – which might not have the relations with my travel stories. And … It was inspired by a blogger, named Nella, who always posted ‘Dibuang .. sayang’ or ‘I already have some photos of it but I don’t want to just throw it away!’ Haha.
I remind you that I am not a food critique or even a food blogger … As I think I have said before … when I describe about food, it will be always ‘good food’ ‘delicious’ or something like that! Haha.
…
I knew Yellow Truck at the first time, when my friend, Eko, invited me to their small store at Jalan Pajajaran. Although it was a small store, but I love the concept of it, and I think the place was always crowded at that time. Now … Yellow Truck has transformed into a bigger place at Linggawastu and has another stores at Patuha and Dusun Bambu.
I have not really spent time at Linggawastu, and Eko always said that the place is always crowded — which did not really a place for me who want to work at the cafe, so he suggested to go to Patuha store instead, and now this place has become my new favourite place to work! There is less visitors to this place compared to Linggawastu, which makes this place as the perfect place for me to work.
It occupies a house with classic design in Jalan Patuha, located in front of Asparagus Catering. I guess, it’s not a typical place for a café / eating place, as it is inside a housing complex (well there is one café nearby haha).
As the name is Yellow Truck, so of course the colour ‘yellow’ will always noticeable inside this place. Another thing that Eko pointed out as the ‘silver lining’ between the stores is the ‘yellow aluminium roof.’
There are two simple things that people like me need in the cafe … (1) electric socket and (2) fast and stable internet speed. If possible (3) a quiet / not so crowded place.
Yellow Truck Patuha ticks them all! ~~ Their internet is super fast! I think, so far, it has the fastest internet compare to some cafe that I have visited in Bandung!
Anyway, here is a glimpse of Yellow Truck at Jalan Linggawastu, Bandung 😉
…
If you are a non-smoker, need no worry, as they have different sections for the smoking area 🙂

The outside part is actually the smoking area too. There are electric sockets too at the left side 🙂 – at Yellow Truck Coffee & Tea Patuha (Bandung – Indonesia)

This is another smoking area which is located at the side of the house – at Yellow Truck Coffee & Tea Patuha (Bandung – Indonesia)
…
Yellow Truck Patuha not only provides coffee and tea, but it also provides meals, from light to heavy one! I did buy their food for lunch, I think the name is Fried Rice and Chicken Katsu! ~~ This was one of the staff’s recommendation.

A nice fried rice with chicken katsu for my lunch 🙂 – at Yellow Truck Coffee & Tea Patuha (Bandung – Indonesia)
…
As it is actually a house that is converted into a coffee shop, thus the parking space is not that big — different compared to the Linggawastu store. The one in Patuha can only fit for one car and some motorcycles. Of course you could always park the car just beside the street 😉
