Happy Eid Mubarak … :)

Eid Mubarak or Idul Fitri (in Indonesia) or Eid-ul-Fitr is a celebration for Muslim people after one month fasting.

My family and I actually didn’t celebrate it, but what we like to do is to make the food that usually are being made in this celebration.

So here are the food that my family made (not sure the English name for the food, so if you know it, please let me know ;)).

Ketupatย –ย Rice that is wrapped in a coco leave
Eid Mubarak (Lebaran) - Food - Ketupat

Sambal Goreng Labu Siam (here goes, sambal = chili, goreng = fried, labu siam = squash; so does the name become chili fried squash? :D)
Eid Mubarak (Lebaran) - Food - Sambal Goreng Labu Siam

Sambal Goreng Printil (Printil is actually meat with round shape ๐Ÿ™‚ )
Eid Mubarak (Lebaran) - Food - Sambal Goreng Printil

Opor Ayam (opor is a way of cooking with coconut milk, while ayam is chicken ๐Ÿ™‚ )

There you go … !!

Hungry … ?? Me too, after looking at the photos again … haha.

So Happy Eid Mubarak to anyone who celebrates it ๐Ÿ˜‰ !!

Mixed Up Already

The things that I love are movies, music, and travel. I have an extended family in the movies world, called MoviegoersID, and we love to hang out and watch the movie together. How about music? Well, do you know The Corrs? Yep, they are a very talented family/musician that I deeply love since high school! If you love them, then we might get a long well ;-) . My love to music then grow to Sugarland, Christina Aguilera, The Script, and of course the one and only Anggun. Travel is the love that grows in me very late. At around 2011, I fell in love with travelling, and I tried my best to travel each month since that time. You can contact me at mixedupalready@gmail.com .
